Source A did not return the messages left at his office and also his mobile. Apparently, all infos requested from Globopar and Globo Cabo were delivered yesterday at São Paulo 's Office. Today EBS said that he would manage this issue directly with OE.

Source M will receive a call on Friday, in order to clarify some doubts and mature the relationship.

Globo Findings

Please find attached the translations of GR3 , which contains Globo.Rede's conversion into a ‘Sociedade Anonima' and also its partial spin-off.

Besides that, Regio Martins, RM, already began the financial analysis of all Globo files.

CADE's Research

EBS said his source might have some results by tomorrow.

GG's Uruguayan Companies

EBS received today the articles of incorporation from Roscomon SA and will send them to Rio 's office tomorrow.

GG's Brazilian Companies (not related to Parmalat or TIM)

The articles of incorporation from Kux , Duee and Antheus arrived from São Paulo 's Notary Office. Might have interesting infos, some Minutes of Meeting have already been sent to translation.

Tecnosistemi Bankruptcy Files

All Xerox copies from Tecnosistemi Bankruptcy files were delivered today at São Paulo 's office. A copy of all available data was requested and promised to be delivered to Rio on Friday. The amalgamation of all data received before that is part of the next Sit Rep.

FP into Parmalat's Bankruptcy

According to some intel gathered at the Court House, a senior FP's Officer headquartered in Brasilia arrived this morning in São Paulo , in order to handle Parmalat's case.
