This week, I published an interesting article about Tecnosistemi. Rubens Pedroso, its president in Brazil , started a legal action against TIM on April 2004, seeking an indemnization of R$ 50 million.

But he received an order from Giorgio Ghiglione, his boss in Italy , to stop the litigation because of the "extreme sensivity of the relationship between Tecnosistemi and TIM in Italy " (I have the letter he wrote). It means that the company in Italy does not intend to recover the money to pay its creditors in Brazil . Their sole interest is to keep a good partnership with TIM in Italy . It shows the fraud.
